After another bit of an absence, it's time I wrote in here again! Thing have been busy over the last month or two with work, both on the office and on the web front and is about to get a whole lot busioer I'm glad to say! (yes really!).

The worst kept secret in website launches finally happened a couple of weeks ago - the new look Hibernian FC site was finally made public after a few delays while we got the content just right. Despite initial concerns from many about the Club moving to a networked site, I'm glad to see the feedback has been pretty positive on the whole. A lot of work went into the site from myself and Stuart Crowther and while there's still work to do, we're a lot happier now that the fruits of our endevours (and moaning!) are out and being accepted by the wider public.

The Ice Hockey's Homecoming tournament is getting closer too and some of the PR is being ramped up a bit on that front. 'll be busy next weekend in the Marquee on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday so if you're there, why not pop by and say hello to the DJ! :D

Things have been going well at the LASC that gives me my permanent work. I'm just starting a new working pattern there which is giving me extra hours each week and I'll be starting with another Charitable organisation next week, Rural and Urban Training Scheme (RUTS). Looking forward to that as I am with some of the other website work that I have to finish off here too (hopefully launching very shortly!).

Away from work, I had a fabulous weekend up in the St Andrews area last weekend attending the RAF Leuchars Airshow. Managed to get myself some sunburn (yes, in Scotland in the middle of September!) and some good photos although I could really do with a nice Digital SLR to make them soooo much better! ;) Favourite image of the displays is a strange one though - despite blue skies and blazing sun, the one below actually makes it look dull and overcast!

Until next time...
